1st time inside the operating room

as a student nurse i know what part of this field is the one i like most.. and even though i am not yet that exposed to different cases i can say that i can see myself as an OR nurse someday..june 29 when we had our first duty and we are assigned inside the operating room.We had our first case TAHBSO we will remove the entire uterus of patient X.,sounds exciting huh?? here's the catch i will be the one who will scrub in.. haha i was assigned as the 2nd scrub so it's my responsibility to memorize all the instruments that we will be needing.. at first i was nervous but after an hour has passed i can see that i have memorized all the instruments in our mayo table.. i am so happy and kinda satisfied about my performance.. the doctors were also kind to me FORTUNATELY.. HAHA.. :DD

Operation started at 10 am and it ended at 2 pm so i stayed inside the OR for 4 hours standing..can you imagine me standing there for 4 hours while in fact if you can see me inside our house i do nothing but to sit and face the computer.. haha i bet the saying is true that if you love what you're doing no matter how hard it is you will do it and you can. :)) someday i will be an OR nurse ... I WILL.. in time.. IN GOD'S TIME..

.,it's exactly 10:20 in my wall clock and i was so shocked when all of a sudden ma'am teruel called me and asked me if i didn't know that our group have a duty in morong doctors from 7am - 3pm i told her that we we're not informed and by the time that we checked the bulletin board in our school our group was not listed there.. so she said that we should attend our duty tomorrow and we will extend out shift so that it will already serve as our make-up duty.. wah.. honestly?? i am really really nervous..all i can say is g'luck to our group..and may god help us HAHA.. :DD

.,Some say that the term "FOREVER" doesn't really exist.. it is only applicable for some people who are called as "umaasa" in tagalog.. BUT as for me..the word forever comes with the word TRUST. trusting someone that he/she will never leave you may be too risky but there's no harm in trying. :)) I am a person who they say is VERY FRIENDLY.. i have different groups in our school and adding my group during my high school days will make you say WOW !! haha... :DD honestly sometimes it's really difficult to balance your time when you have a lot of set of friends but if those people are the one's who can really really understand you they won't mind if sometimes you can't come with them.. we all have flaws and in a group of people with different personalities as in TOTALLY DIFFERENT we cannot say that we do not fight or argue IT'S NORMAL.. what matters most is how you will fix your problem and the efforts you did to reconcile with them..I can say that i am lucky to have these persons in my life today people who i know i can TRUST, RESPECT and most of all LOVE..and i know that i will FOREVER be with them till the end of my life.. :)))
