It's an OMYGEE J-O-B I-N-T

     Nov 14 2012 (Wednesday) I had my Job Interview @ EAMC (East Ave. Medical Center). The interview was for RN HEALS (Registered Nurses for Health Enhancement And Local Service), Nag apply kasi ako as RN Heals sa hospital na yun, it is a new project by the DOH in replace of the "Trainee" ot "Volunteer" Nurses na tinatawag.

     The "Volunteer" nurse has no salary/allowance while sa RN heals merong 8k na ibibigay pero it's not called daw as salary, instead it would serve as a kapalit sa mga gastos mo sa 1 year na pagpasok mo sa kanila, you will receive 8k monthly. The contract will last for 1 year, I dunno nga kung yung Volunteer nurses  before kung gaano katagal ang contract nila eh or baka same lang din. Then if ever nag end na yung contract mo dun, di ka na puwede mag apply sa ibang hospital for RN Heals (the contract is also not renewable) pero there's a possibility naman na ma'absorb ka sa institution na yun, tapos mag uundergo kayo ng 3 eveluation periods, at if you're not doing well sa duty mo (btw, time of duty will be the same as the regular 8 hrs shift) possible na ma'terminate ka dun.

   So ayun, eh di nag interview kami, it was a group interview, we were divided into 15 members per batch. Tapos you'll make kuwento about Yourself, Family, Education, & How do you see yourself 5 years from now.  I was so prepared before entering the room, but when i was already inside my attention was caught by one of the panelist, it made me anxious and a bit conscious, he is MR. EMMANUEL M. BUENO, M.D. (now you know why on earth he caught my attention :D) iniisip ko kung kamag-anak ba namin siya, naisip ko din na baka nga kamag-anak namin pero malayo na.
   When it was already my turn to speak (just like what we usually do when it's 1st day of class) I got their attention when I said my name, then they were all asking Dr. Bueno if he knew me and if kamag-anak ko daw ba siya & he was also looking at me, eh dahil nga we're on the process of the interview we didn't have time to talk with each other, but who knows maybe in time God will give us the opportunity.

  Results will be released by December, they will send us an SMS or even call us. We can also check their website. I f ever we got accepted training will start on January 2013.
